Our Services
EA Transport provides international freight transport, refrigerated transport, and express van delivery services between Albania and Europe. All services are subject to availability and our acceptance of your shipment request.
Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided through our website or by our team are estimates and may be subject to change based on actual shipment details, dimensions, weight, and route conditions. Final pricing will be confirmed before shipment. Quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.
Liability and Insurance
All shipments are covered by our standard cargo insurance. EA Transport's liability is limited to the terms of the applicable insurance policy. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events, customs procedures, or circumstances beyond our control.
Client Obligations
Clients are responsible for providing accurate shipment information, ensuring goods comply with all applicable laws and regulations, properly packaging goods for transport, and providing all necessary documentation for customs clearance.
Prohibited Items
We reserve the right to refuse transport of illegal goods, undeclared hazardous materials, items that violate import/export regulations, and any goods that could pose a risk to safety or the environment.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. EA Transport reserves the right to refuse service to any client who violates these terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tirana, Albania.
